At 1st Stop Concierge, we strive to provide exceptional services. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review the following policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as special requests, additional amenities, or third-party bookings, may be non-refundable. We will inform you of any non-refundable items at the time of booking.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. For any issues with refunds or to request one, please contact our support team.
Changes to Bookings
If you wish to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes made within 48 hours of the booking date may be subject to fees.
